    Hello there!! I know, I know... It's been awhile since my last post but in these last weeks I have been extremely busy with my Christmas orders, event and my last week at Le Cordon Bleu... Now I'm back in Italy for few weeks of break so I can finally update you about my last days at LCB.     Good eveninggggggg!! Today I want to share with you what I did last week at LCB, because it was a very special one: we were preparing our "Afternoon Tea Event"!! All the Superior Patisserie students, during the term, have to host an "Afternoon Tea Event" for guests coming from outside - so it is open to the public - to demonstrate the skills acquired during the diploma.     Hello there!! By the time I am writing this post, I am already 2/3 away from the end of a dream that has started in March 2017... Have you ever made a wish that then became true? I have. And it was to be a student of the amazing culinary school Le Cordon Bleu! I still remember when I was working as a lawyer in Rome, and during my free time I used to spend hours on the LCB website, looking for courses, events, stories of old students and what they did after the graduation, etc
