I am pretty excited today because of a really good news: I am going to have my first baking class demonstration!! So for the first time I will be on the other side of the table, looking at my audience... Ahahaah that's kinda weird, but I just cannot wait!!
I know, I know that I am already having workshops but it is not the same thing... Right? So here we are with all the infos to book your seat!!
On Sunday, the 8th of October at the cake shop SicilyAmo, I will lead a practical demonstration, showing the technique and the procedure of baking an authentic Neapolitan “Caprese“ cake.
During the session I will give you some curiosities about what I am baking and, of course, you can ask me for tips and suggestions for baking your perfect cake!
Participants will also see how to personalise the cake with some delicious decorations, to make your very own Caprese cake!
After the demonstration you will have the chance to taste and enjoy this amazing and famous Italian cake.
The recipe, method and a little souvenir will be handed out!!
